Our family spent an awesome day with Potrerillos Explorer Rafting. We were picked up at our hotel in the morning and were taken to their base of operations. Our morning was spent kayaking on the reservoir downstream from the Potrerillos Dam. It relaxing and scenic, and the paddling through flooded forest was a unique experience. Our son chose to do the cliff jumping option which he enjoyed despite the chilly water. We then had a nice two hour break for a delicious BBQ lunch at a restaurant adjacent to their base, where we enjoyed spectacular views of the Andes. After lunch, we donned wet suits and began our exhilarating raft trip down the rapids of the Mendoza River. Our guide was very experienced, personable, so we were in good hands the whole day. We chose to purchase a disc of photos and video of our excursions which turned out better than expected and was quite reasonably priced. I strongly recommend Potrerillos Explorer Rafting.Mayo de 2016
